“The Prayer” – Céline Dion with Andrea Bocelli Duet

The Prayer was written for the 1998 movie, Quest For Camelot, with words by David Foster, Carole Bayer Sager, Alberto Testa and Tony Renis.

Dion sang the English version while Bocelli covered it in Italian.

The next year, the duet was released as a collaboration, it won a Golden Globe Award and received nominations for both an Academy Award and a Grammy.

“The Prayer” – Céline Dion with Josh Groban Duet

In 1999, the American singer Josh Groban joined Dion on stage to rehearse for the 41st Grammy Awards, covering for Bocelli.

He was only 17 years old at the time!

The show was conducted by David Foster, who recommended Groban to step in.

The pair reunited in 2008 singing The Prayer again during Dion’s TV show, That’s Just The Woman In Me at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles.

“Tell Him” – Céline Dion and Barbra Streisand Duet

Tell Him was released on 3, November 1997 featuring the incredibly talented Barbara Streisand and Dion.

It is said that they remained friends after publishing this lovely duet.

The song gives both artists time to shine then come together to harmonize at the end.

“When I Fall In Love” – Céline Dion and Clive Griffin Duet

The 1993 movie Sleepless in Seattle starring Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan is another soundtrack under Dion’s belt.

This time the singer teams up with British singer Clive Griffin.

Celine admitted on The Tonight Show that she never knew who Griffin was until she met him to record for the film!

“Beauty and the Beast” – Céline Dion and Peabo Bryson Duet

While most readers will be more familiar with the voice of Mrs Potts telling the story old as time, diehard Dion and/or Disney fans will know that Celine did a rendition with the American singer Peabo Bryson.

Written by the Bee Gees and produced by Walter Afanasieff, the single was released on 5, June 1998.

Dion joined the Bee Gees on stage to sing Immortality at the MGM Grand Las Vegas in 1997.

 “Treat Her Like a Lady” Céline Dion and Diana King Duet

A rarity, but here is one of Céline Dion’s upbeat songs, Treat Her Like a Lady with Diana King.

King originally wrote the song and joined Dion on stage to perform the bop during the 1998 Let’s Talk About Love World Tour.

“Incredible” – Céline Dion and Ne-Yo Duet

This duet with RnB singer, writer and producer, Ne-Yo completely passed us by in the 2010s!

Released on 13, December 2013, while it seems like an unusual pairing, Ne-Yo actually produced Dion’s song I Got Nothin’ Left for the 2008 Taking Chances album.

The duo also performed the song on hit TV show, The Voice.

“Because You Loved Me” – Céline Dion and Charice Pempengco (Jake Zyrus) Duet

Oprah called Dion to rave about a 16-year-old singer from the Philippines who had a voice that could ‘blow the roof of Madison Gardens’ as Dion puts it.

In 2008, the young singer did just that when she joined Dion on stage during her Taking Chances tour to sing Because You Loved Me.

Today, Charice Pempengco, now Jake Zyrus is still part of the music industry and has success with numerous shows including Asia’s Got Talent and Glee!

“When You Believe” – Céline Dion and Whitney Houston Duet

While Dion tends to lean to the more classic style of song releases, she never shies away from a modern performance which we’ll see in the next two Céline Dion video songs!

First up, is a collaboration in honor of Whitney Houston that took place during the 2012 We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston show.
